Ignite the Spirit is a Chicago Fire Department Charity.  Ignite the Spirit has committed to donating to children’s cancer charities.  Pediatric cancer is tragic.  Ignite the Spirit is working hard to raise money for pediatric cancer research and treatment.

To help raise money, the Ignite the Spirit team has organized Bike to Fight.  Bike to Fight is a 950 mile bicycle ride around Lake Michigan.  The “fight” part of Bike to Fight is our fight against childrens cancer.  The send off party is May 8th, at Cubby Bear in Chicago.  The team of 30 riders will begin their journey, circling Lake Michigan on May 18th.

The ride is a way for fire department charities to contribute.  Bike to Fight is a way that all of us can help.  The Cubby Bear Bike to Fight send off party will be May 8th, and will begin at 4pm, to 8pm.  Mark your calender, this is a must attend event.
