The Blackhawks aren’t the only Hockey Club in Chicago…

Chicago has the Blackhawks, the Wolves, but don’t forget the CFD Fire vs CPD Stars March 26th at the United Center, “Old Time Hockey!”

The Annual Police Fire Hockey Game.  CFD Fire vs CPD Stars, Friday March 26th 2010.  Puck drops at 3pm.  Don’t miss the National Anthem.

The Chicago Fire Department Fire will be playing the Chicago Police Department Stars.  These games are always passionate, and fun.

Tickets will be available on gameday for only $5!  This is something you can bring the family, the kids, the friends of the kids, you name it.  Let’s pack the United Center.

Gates will open at 2:30pm, and the lots will be open, but the United Center will be charging for parking.  For a map with directions to the United Center, click here.

I have had the pleasure of watching some pretty good hockey, and I think the Fire Department Fire are looking great this year.  The Police Department Stars will have to bring their best hockey if they want bragging rights in Chicago.

Go CFD Fire!

Just a quick update, the game was great! The CFD Fire defeated the CPD Stars 7-4. The Chicago firefighters prove to be the better hockey team vs the Chicago Police.

After the game a lot of players and fans met at the West End just east of the United Center on Madison. Thanks to everyone that attended and everyone that supports CFD and CPD hockey.
