Parking rates for the Chicago Firefighters Ball have been set up, a $14 / 24 hour rate for people staying overnight and a $6 rate for people leaving after the event – valid until 2AM.
3 pre-pay, unattended lots:
722 S. Wabash & 20 E. 8th Street (lots are connected, enter on Wabash or 8th)
9 E. Balbo (southeast corner of Balbo & State)
Paystation instructions:
1) People leaving after the event – $6
- Enter last three digits of license plate
- Select rate “Firefighters1″
- When prompted for coupon code enter “911″
- Make payment (cash or credit)
- Display ticket face up on dash
The ticket will be valid until 2AM.
2) People staying overnight – $14 valid 24 hours

Please keep in mind these lots are unattended, remove all valuables from the vehicle. There is an areawide theft problem of spare tires from SUVs. I would advise anyone with a spare tire stored underneath an SUV to park in a garage.
