We have some beefcake on the Chicago Fire Department, and actually, on our football team. A few Blaze team members are in this years calendar.
With the welcome addition of these three new teams, the NPSFL is now composed of 25 teams in 13 states across the country. The players of each team are all active public safety personnel such as police officers, firefighters and EMTs, probation and parole officers, deputies, and corrections officers. Each team is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, devoted to raising money for charities of their choosing.
Friday, Cinco de Marzo, 2010 is going to be a great night. We are having a fundraiser at Murphy’s Bleacher Bar, in Wrigleyville, Chicago.
